Heavenly Skies is a sister to Heaven but this one is a beautiful light blue matte. Can wear this with or without a primer. Looks gorgeous as an eyeliner. Use primer for an eyeliner to make it more vibrant. Looks great in the corner of the eyes as well.

      Due to the nature of the products we do not allow returns for health and safety reasons.

      I wrap everything very well in bubble wrap  to prevent breakage, but if you get an item that is broken, please email us within 24 hours with pics so we can replace it for you.
