Frosty's Winter Wonderland is a light whitish/light blue base with tons of tiny blue glitters that sparkle like crazy in the sun or any light. The shifts are a metallic like blue and so pretty. It looks light in the jar, and sometimes silver but it is not and when you apply/rub it into the skin the light blue really comes out and is full of sparkle. It's a beautiful color for any skin tone. You can use a primer for more intensity as some of my swatchers did in the pics. The ones that look more blue have used primer. The lighter swatches have no primer.
